PixelsBeast provides professional image editing and post-production services, including but not limited to:

  • Background Removal

  • Clipping Path

  • Image Masking

  • Photo Retouching

  • Color Correction

  • Ghost Mannequin

  • Shadow Creation

  • Product Photo Editing

  • Jewelry Editing

  • Image Manipulation

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

3. Orders

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate project instructions

  • High-quality source images

  • Required reference files (if applicable)

Incomplete or unclear instructions may affect the final results and delivery time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders will begin after successful payment or according to any agreed payment arrangement.

Taxes, transaction fees, or bank charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only.

Actual delivery may vary depending on:

  • Project complexity

  • Order volume

  • Revision requests

  • Technical issues beyond our control

We will always make reasonable efforts to deliver projects on time.

6. Revisions

We offer revisions if the delivered work does not match the original instructions provided by the client.

Revision requests must relate to the original project scope.

Additional changes or new editing requests may require additional charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You own the rights to all uploaded images or have permission to use them.

  • Your uploaded content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or applicable laws.

  • You will not upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

PixelsBeast reserves the right to refuse any project that violates these conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their original images.

After full payment, the edited images belong to the client.

PixelsBeast does not claim ownership of client files.

Unless written permission is granted, we will not use your images in our portfolio, advertising, or promotional materials.

9. Confidentiality

All customer files, instructions, and project information are treated as strictly confidential.

We do not sell, share, or disclose client data except where required by law.

10. Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds may be approved if:

  • We are unable to complete the project.

  • The delivered work significantly differs from the agreed requirements.

  • A duplicate payment was made.

Refunds are not available once a project has been completed according to the approved instructions.

11. Limitation of Liability

PixelsBeast shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Loss of profits

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third-party services, internet outages, or force majeure events

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

  • Upload malicious files or software

  • Disrupt website operations

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
