Do you charge hourly or per project?
Always per project flat rate, agreed upfront. You know the total cost before we start. No hourly billing, no revision surcharges, no surprise invoices. If the scope changes materially mid-project, we discuss it openly before continuing
Can I mix services from different categories?
Yes. Order any combination an Amazon listing from Category 01 and a Reels ad from Category 04, for example. We apply a bundle discount automatically typically 10–15% off the combined standalone rates. Ask us for a custom quote
How do I pay? Are deposits required?
We accept card, bank transfer and PayPal. For projects under $500 we invoice 100% upfront. For projects $500+ we take a 50% deposit to start, 50% on final file delivery. You never pay the balance before you’re happy with the work
Are the "from" prices the final price?
The listed prices are starting rates for standard scope. Final price depends on product complexity, number of variants, turnaround speed required, and any add-ons. Most projects land within 10–20% of the listed starting price and we tell you the exact number before you commit to anything
What is included in "unlimited revisions"?
Unlimited rounds of feedback and changes until you approve the final files. The only exception is video services (3 revision rounds) due to the time and compute cost of re-rendering. In practice, most graphic projects are approved at round 1 or 2
Do you offer refunds?
If we cannot deliver work that meets the agreed brief after unlimited revisions, we refund your payment in full. We have never had to honour this in practice but the guarantee exists and is unconditional
Can I get a custom quote for a large project?
Do you offer retainer or subscription pricing?
Yes — sellers and agencies who need ongoing monthly output (new product launches, ad creative refreshes, social content) can move to a monthly retainer starting at $899/month. Retainer clients get priority scheduling, a dedicated point of contact and a 15% discount versus per-project rates
