Welcome to Pixels Beast. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of pixelsbeast.com (the “Website”) and any services we provide, including Amazon Listing Design, A+ Content, Amazon Branding, Amazon Listing Video, and Complete Amazon Services (together, the “Services”).

By visiting the Website, requesting a proposal, or ordering our Services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our Services.

“Pixels Beast”, we, us, and “our” refer to the Pixels Beast creative team.

1. Our Services

Pixels Beast provides creative design and production services for Amazon sellers and eCommerce brands. The Services currently include:

  • Amazon Listing Design: main images, secondary images, infographics, and lifestyle compositing.
  • Amazon A+ Content: Basic and Premium A+ Content modules, Brand Story, and comparison charts.
  • Amazon Branding: Storefront (Brand Store) design, packaging and label design, and basic brand identity.
  • Amazon Listing Video: short product showcase videos.
  • Complete Amazon Services: a combined project covering the Services above.

The exact scope, deliverables, and price of each project are set out on our Pricing page and/or in the written proposal, quote, or invoice we send you (the “Proposal”). If anything in the Proposal differs from the Website, the Proposal applies.

2. Ordering and Project Start

  1. You request a Proposal through our Contact page, email, or WhatsApp.
  2. We reply with a scope, price, and estimated timeline, usually within 24 hours.
  3. A project begins when you (a) accept the Proposal in writing (email or message is enough), (b) make the required payment, and (c) send us the materials we need to start.

Our free consultation and strategy call are provided without obligation and do not create a contract until you accept a Proposal.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are listed in US dollars unless the Proposal says otherwise, and are per project.
  • Payment is due in full before work begins, unless we agree otherwise in writing. For larger projects, we may split payment into milestones as stated in the Proposal.
  • We accept the payment methods listed in the Proposal or invoice. You are responsible for any bank, currency-conversion, or payment-platform fees charged on your side.
  • Bundled discounts for multiple ASINs apply only where confirmed in the Proposal.
  • Work outside the agreed scope (for example, extra images, extra modules, additional videos, or new concepts) will be quoted separately and started only after you approve the extra cost.
  • We may pause work, or withhold final files, if payment is overdue.

4. Timelines

Turnaround times shown on the Website (for example, 2-3 business days for Listing Design and Video, and 7-10 business days for Complete Amazon Services) are estimates. The clock starts only after we have received payment and all required materials.

Delays caused by late feedback, missing files, or changes in scope will extend the timeline. We will always tell you if we expect a delay on our side.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver good work, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate product information, high-quality product photos or samples, brand assets (logos, colors, fonts), and any required references in a timely manner.
  • Give clear, consolidated feedback within the agreed revision window.
  • Make sure all product claims, certifications, ingredient lists, comparisons, and statistics you give us are true, lawful, and supported by evidence. We design what you provide and are not responsible for verifying your claims.
  • Confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all materials you send us (including photos, logos, trademarks, text, and third-party content).
  • Follow Amazon’s rules and any laws that apply to your products and category.

6. Concepts and Revisions

  • Packages include the number of initial concepts and revision rounds stated on the Pricing page or in the Proposal (for example, 2 initial concepts and 2 revision rounds).
  • A “revision round” means one consolidated set of change requests to the chosen concept. Changing the whole creative direction, product, or brief after approval counts as new work and may be charged separately.
  • Additional revision rounds beyond those included will be quoted separately.
  • If we do not receive feedback within 14 days of delivering a draft, we may treat the work as approved and the project as complete.

7. Delivery and Final Files

Final files are delivered by download link, email, or another method we agree on. Unless the Proposal says otherwise, packages include source files. Final files and source files are released after full payment is received.

Please review deliverables promptly and keep your own backups. We may delete project files from our systems after a reasonable period following delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Your materials. You keep all rights to the materials you provide us. You give us permission to use them only to perform the Services.
  • Final deliverables. After full payment, you own the rights to the final approved deliverables created specifically for you, for use in your own business and on your own Amazon and eCommerce channels.
  • Our tools and third-party assets. We keep the rights to our own pre-existing templates, methods, tools, and know-how. Stock photos, fonts, icons, music, and other third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses. Where a special license is needed for the way you plan to use them, we will tell you.
  • Unused concepts. Concepts, drafts, or directions that you did not select remain our property unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Portfolio use. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show the finished work, and describe the project, in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials. We will not publish confidential business information, and we will ask for your permission before naming your brand or using testimonial or results data.

9. Use of AI and Software Tools

We use professional design and video tools (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and Adobe Firefly). Some deliverables may include AI-assisted elements. If you have restrictions on AI use in your project, tell us before we start and we will discuss what is possible.

AI-generated content may have limited or uncertain copyright protection in some countries, and we do not guarantee otherwise.

10. Amazon Policies and No Guarantee of Results

We design our work with Amazon’s published image, content, and video guidelines in mind. However:

  • Amazon controls its own platform and may change its rules, review or reject content, or suppress listings at any time, at its sole discretion.
  • We do not guarantee that Amazon will approve any listing, A+ Content, Storefront, or video.
  • We do not guarantee any specific result, including higher rankings, click-through rate, conversion rate, sales, reviews, or return reductions. Results depend on many factors outside our control, such as your product, price, reviews, competition, advertising, inventory, and Amazon’s algorithm.
  • Any results or percentages mentioned on the Website or in case studies are examples of past performance and are not promises for your business.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the project (such as unreleased products, pricing, or strategy), and will use it only for the purpose of the Services. This does not apply to information that is already public, that the other party already knew, or that must be disclosed by law.

12. Cancellation, Refunds, and Ongoing Services

  • No long-term contracts. You can order a single Service or a bundle without a long-term commitment.
  • Before work starts. If you cancel before we begin work, we will refund your payment in full, less any payment-processing fees.
  • After work starts. Because our Services are custom and time-based, fees are non-refundable once work has started, and payment for completed work is still due.
  • If we cannot deliver. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope for reasons on our side, we will refund the portion for work not delivered.
  • Ongoing or monthly engagements. Where a Service is provided monthly, either of us may end it by giving [7] days’ written notice. Fees already paid for the current month are non-refundable, unless the Proposal says otherwise.
  • We may end a project if you are abusive, provide unlawful materials, ask us to break Amazon’s rules or the law, or repeatedly fail to respond or pay.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Website will always be available, secure, or error-free.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixels Beast will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, or listing suppression on Amazon, arising from the use of the Website or Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific project that gave rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Pixels Beast harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) materials, claims, or instructions you provided; (b) your products, listings, or sales; or (c) your breach of these Terms or of any law or Amazon policy.

16. Website Use

When using the Website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
  • Attempt to disrupt, hack, scrape, or overload it.
  • Copy or reuse our content, designs, images, or branding without our written permission.

All content on the Website (text, logos, graphics, and layout) belongs to Pixels Beast or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Portfolio and case-study images show work done for clients and are displayed with their rights preserved.

The Website may link to third-party sites (such as Behance, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, and X). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

17. Communication

We communicate mainly by email and WhatsApp. By contacting us, you agree that we may reply to you through the details you provide. Formal notices under these Terms should be sent by email to info@pixelsbeast.com.

18. Force Majeure

Neither party is responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or power outages, platform changes or outages, strikes, government actions, or health emergencies.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, we will first try in good faith to resolve it by talking to each other. If we cannot, the dispute will be handled in the courts of [City, Country] (or through [arbitration / mediation], if the Proposal says so).

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. For projects already in progress, the Terms in effect when you accepted the Proposal continue to apply, unless we both agree otherwise. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

21. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and your accepted Proposal are the complete agreement between us about the Services.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
  • No waiver. Not enforcing a right does not mean we give it up.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
